Minor improvement (unlock cars in carlot)

Good idea, and no more Q like: How to unlock new car. with this u can add next class rp requitments info in garage and car shop [in place easy to find]

I have everything unlocked already so it won't have any impact on me, but i bet it will be very useful still. It's not rare to see someone asking "How to unlock new cars?" and with this hope those frequently asked questions can be minimalized or eliminated.

As a newbie, it would be useful to see the vehicle's stats and how it looks before using my 'Free RP' or having to use google to research about them.
