For me the traffic on this map is pretty much equal.
It's a county zone with police after you, kind of.

I installed "arrows pack" to make a racemap in map editor
I use the ID for arrows but it spawns me an interior of a Liberty City bar.
So I can't use arrows for curves
And I don't think I can fill the spaces with barriers or cars.

You and some friends / random people get in a lobby with a race like a normal sprint (limit 2km lenght) and there are cops heat 3-4 following you and you need to finish the race without being busted.
