If you don't have time to play, you won't do the police pursuit for milestone grind (obviosly), it's fine, of course not everyone can have time to play i understand. But then why is it matter the milestones are hard or not? If you are curious you can do a pursuit run just once and you'll be able to judge it on your own.
It was hard to grind it for the beamer, for me. But not for everyone, you need to experience it yourself

Not necesary, but recommended if you want the beamer as soon as possible
you can skip a day or two or any number of, not restricted to consecutive like the diamond hunt.
Depends on your luck, someday you got really hard milestones which took at least 30 minutes to do all the 3 in one pursuit, but other days you can get easy ones that only took 5-6 minutes
The unbalanced/autist police is the reason why it could be hard, not the milestones themselves

u get 3 milestones everyday, u can do them whenever u want, since it's not streakbased, u need to make 90 i think to get the beamer, 30 and 60 will give u Police Related stuff, like lights and neon
