To be honest, that car looks a bit silly. I never seen it till now and I'm suspicious it isn't in the server files anymore. By the style of it, I assume that car was modeled by Venom? I guess I can ask him.

As I said above I doubt it is in the server files and if some may seem ugly in some aspects although it could be redesigned and if I think it could have been created by venom Yu know furry

ofc why not, just make this car limited (only a number of players can have) and usable only in free roam but not usable in either races nor pursuit

Or.. make it so the players who log in during the 1st hour/1 day after an update, receive it/are able to buy it. And to not make devs too busy, on release it'd have a small amounts of parts, then later on some stuff would be added.

But eh that's probably not gonna happen. :<
