Crew suggestions

I agree with most suggestions, except

-change crew lider (lider can change new lider and old lider can leave for crew whitout remove crew)

Should be possible only once or twice per crew, to avoid crew hopping leaders.

-crew battle's (win crew have +50 $ and +25 rp for race in normal's race)

Something like that got already suggested, please describe your idea more detailed.

-close alpha crew and change beta/ whitout alpha/beta
