Hello, my suggestions for crew is:
-change crew lider (lider can change new lider and old lider can leave for crew whitout remove crew)
-better logo creator (more symbols)
-more crew rankings (rankings for $, win ratio members)
-crew battle's (win crew have +50 $ and +25 rp for race in normal's race)
-close alpha crew and change beta/ whitout alpha/beta

Should be possible only once or twice per crew, to avoid crew hopping leaders.
