During Server Anniversary days we would like to give you some bonuses:

We've also changed wheel tire texture and rims shader.



Adjusted color palettes for rims and paint - You are now able to achieve colors that were not possible to use before on our server. You may have to adjust some of your paintjobs. You can see the difference in following screenshots:

Our long-time mapper and dev Tekk unfortunately retires and presents his last work to the server:

Introducing a new race mode and race type - Tollbooth. Based on Tollbooth races from NFS:MW, they are finally in NFS:SA!
Currently, it sits as a sub-mode of Time-Trials, albeit with its own restrictions. It is a new daily activity like Diamond Hunt - replayable infinitely with no reward until successful completion. After that, you receive the reward and it is playable only after daily server reset. Tollbooth race mode boasts high and unusual rewards! Tollbooth difficulty is based on car score and is specified in seconds per kilometer (average speed). There is also a new 3-level progression task for winning Tollbooth races on Medium or Hard difficulty.

For now, there are only 3 Tollbooth maps available for selection, but it is planned to make more in the future. Please don't make Tollbooth maps as a request without consulting our mapper Tekk first.

• Set 15 - NFS Underground 1 Set - Unlocks a very rare Classic speedometer, only some old players have it

• Set 20 - For Whom the Booth Tolls - introducing two new challenge types

After a very long wait, we are finally bringing out the update!

Syaan has worked hard and is bringing out the largest map expansion NFS:SA has seen so far. And it is called Bikernieki. It is a forested area based on a real-life piece of NE Europe and boasts a full-fledged sports base that features a GT racing track, kart track, rallycross track; infrastructure such as parkings, garages, housing area, high-speed roads, scenic views and much more. The new expansion is connected to mainland San Andreas.

Aside from just being available in freerun, the new expansion will now host a new URL location (third after Bayview Speedway and LSAP) and is called Bikernieki Sports Base!

It also features several new maps (look below in this post), although at the moment many maps are not finished and will be released a bit later.

MatthewChow went out of his retirement and revamped the looks of Bayview Speedway. It now features more details, shadows and scenery. You can change the fidelity of new effects in F11 - Video - Map and Track Settings, however, some details may not appear after changing to a higher preset, so you might need to go to the nearest garage/shop or better, reconnect.
