The problem is score system is inaccurate and it's impossible to make it accurate and balanced.
Nerfing or buffing one car will cause other will become OP and circle ends.

Impossible but NFSW somehow managed to make it balanced.

Anyway, URL ranking has always been a problem ever since it was released, I don't think it's fixable, older players with enough RP will ALWAYS dominate URL, the only way to fix this is to remove URL in my opinion, I'm not suggesting to remove URL, I'm saying that's the only 'fix'.

You're comparing us with poor, closed GTASA engine with professional NFSW with own engine where are possible things that we can't achieve in any way?

Actually, no. F1 was op in S class, MR2 was overused in D, C and B class, even Scirocco was better than whole E class. It's hard to make everything perfectly balanced. Even NFSW didn't make it. And for us it's almost impossible.

I never specified anything, I don't know the limitations of the engine or anything like that, i was just saying, in fact, its easier to balance than you'd expect, but it's too boring for you all, you just all want to have fun and win url by 'cheating' your way through, wouldn't it be so much easier to make url class based and then have max scores? Like, you enter url, you can choose from Class E to A and unlimited, once you've choosen a class, you can choose how much max url you can join, max 200,250,300,350 for E class and so on.
Oh but Noooooo, let all the advanced players farm for locust and RP of course.

I was second in url max350 against sultan and 4 Sgt, I use primo. So I think there's no need to make class based lobby, we just need to "nerf" whole b and a class because they are little to OP on low score, increase stock b class v-max and score will be good, and whole a class should get nerf to acceleration, because Tuned car have much better acceleration than stock supercar
