he doesn't deserve that much. i would agree with ban if he was exploiting intentionally, but he didn't, that's the thing. having a bad pc sucks, but when you also get banned cuz of it, it sucks twice. i would also say that he was banned cuz of personal dislike since such things happen quite often in the ru-segment, and almost the entire ru-community (including me) can confirm this.
