Yeah, looks like a good idea, but Scaf is right, there's a 60 sec timer. If a better noob finishes first, those other noobs may not be able to finish. So there may be a flaw. Should be remade for at least this weekend URL (if going to ever happen)

Maybe not only B class, but eventually for every class except E. Also I suggested some rally stages on URL and such... Consider this and idea please

and can't we get like city circuits on URL? maybe once a week for 2× the rewards, but official. Or like rally stuff on URL, stages and starts may be the same + travel to the next stage
