I just don't have the time I had when I becomed a mod right now, and I was online together with bk a lot of times for a lot of hours before, and I said ATLEAST on global I never have seen any toxity coming from him only the long mutes, I don't know on the chat he moderates tho. And if he was toxic when I was online, I just don't remember it or didn't think that was serious.

That is how it works, nobody is serious over on Global, we still get muted for it.

The mute time shouldn't be determined by the mod, there should be like a panel with the mutes with times depending on the gravity of the insult/spam/flood. This would remove some of the abusive powers, since they are limited when it comes to mutes. I am pretty sure you, the mods will disagree, since it would mean you would have power, but it would be beneficial to the server, favorization basically not existing, the mod, being forced to mute them by a panel, with strict mute times.

You don't get what I am trying to say. I was talking about a strict panel. Something like this:
| Insult - Initial time: 30 minutes | Repetition: +10minutes 
| Flood - Initial time: 10 minutes | Repetition: +5 minutes
| Spam - Initial time: 15 minutes | Repetition: +5 minutes
| Wrong chat - Initial time: 5 minutes | Repetition: +5 minutes ( or taken as spam)
|Trolling - Initial time: 10 minutes | Repetition: +10 minutes/kick/ban


This is the type of panel I am talking about, not that kind of panel which gives the freedom of choice to the Mod.
The more power the Mod has, the more he is inclined to abuse it.

Your arguments are pretty much dumb. There’s a huge difference between insulting the moderation and the normal players, so I have no idea how can you compare these two. From what I know, Rei’s started all the 'bk_cunt' shit, so being impolite to him (even though no one is without any reason) is just fair. Mods like Quindo or bk_player has certainly made this server a better place, and just because you think so, it doesn’t make it true. Rei’s obviously getting hated for acting childishly, so I don’t know why you’re implying that I and Nightmare are treated better than him just because we’re 'asslicking' others. And when it comes to helping players, instead of enlightening them, your beloved Rei w/ his friends are legit ignoring it, adding their own subjective opinions, skipping the objectivity.

And for the bk_cunt, this was not the trigger of this action, it was from way back, this was just a form of me mocking him behind is back, so I can prove the fact that he doesn't own me and he is not by any means superior to me. And you said I analyze things subjectively, I want to let you know that I will never do such thing, I actually help players who deserve it, even if you don't see it, whenever I can, I am helping newbies, even if not in Global Chat, I am doing it. The only players that request help and I mock are the guys that ask for like 'Race Setups', 'Dyno setups', and 'Best car in (insert car class)'. Okay! I will start up with the mocking thing, they deserve to be mocked because they want everything on a plate, forgetting about the fact that things like that are the actual fun of the game, you have to find the car that suits you, you have to find the setup that suits you, you have to find the dyno that suits you, not the one a stranger made just because it's good. In my opinion, the fact that cars are unbalanced and the fact that some cars can be abused in some cases on the server is a real problem, but mostly praised by people like Advan and so on, this kind of problem is ignored and whenever someone brings it up, the others come up with shit arguments and most likely a Mod will attack as well. I was also not obly talking about the newbies doing this, since I tell the players which I helpto never do such thing, there are a lot of older players who do the same thing, they don't understand that this is the fun of the game.


You say you don't want to be rude, but you insult a lot of players in a daily basis for the worst reasons. While you are not as bad as ImYoNightmare, you are still bad and a problem which needs to be solved on the server.


Also, a President is nowhere near a Mod. A President is the representant of a country, basjcally doing what the people say, unlike a Mod. Let me give you a comparation term: Comunism(Mods) and Democracy(President). The president is working for the good of the country, and, while the mods are doi g the same thing, they do it wrong and since they are not Saints when it comes to fighting, they should.be treated like players, since that's what they are, normal players with more permissions to abuse. Also, yes, you should be punished the same for insulting the President as insulting me, because nobody is above nobody and because the President is still a human. sincerely, I see this topic just as another childish, unorganized and biased complaint against admins / mods that aren't afraid to pull over anyone straying off limits.
My advice, If I was on your place, I'd seek to solve this thing through PMs, not involving the whole community exposing things like that, seriously...
