The application you wrote isn't really convincing, it's formatted strangely and you didn't meet the conditions. And your English skills aren't as good as you rate yourself. But I also have to say, that you are a very active player. I often see you helping people in chat, that's pretty good. And it's good that you have already some experience about moderating. On the other side you also have big negative points which you really need to work on. I have seen that you were insulting people sometimes, or doing silly jokes about them. Generally I think that you are often a bit silly or childish, it leaves an immature impression about you. But I think you can change that.
