Vintage class is 1930's-1940's cars. Glendale, Oceanic, Tornado and Windsor do not fit.

Slamvan in SA looks more like 60s vehicle that got customized and Buccaneer is typical muscle car - they would fit in upcoming update actually, lol

It not makes sense because vintage class is forgotten class (a lot of players would prefer fast cars with sports look) and adding next cars didn't make them "more common". Additionally it can reduce a list of cars to replace.

P.S
When Venom is reading too much topics with suggestions of adding new cars...
