2:46 ?? that jump can be a problem with some cars are wide like phoenix. except this thing i dont see anything bad, good job

Nitpick time!

0.15 show people that the road is up ahead not left line
0.25 move hangar outside of arrow wall
0.28 close left way with a basic fence
0.34 left arrow wall is flying
0.37 left arrow wall is gapped
0.54 close left side so people dont try to go inside the hangar
1.14 you dont need to put a arrow to show the alternate way
1.40 show the cutting line
2.06 you dont need to put arrows here
2.20 same thing you dont need to show alternate way
2.46 wanna bet %50 of cars in server cant fit through that gap

I guess this is your first map ?
I honestly liked apocalypse design in map.
Great job with decorating you just need to put some more effort in more gameplay style part

This is disaster, in literal meaning. Pretty much decadence but worse. Apocalypse theme is nice as a classic MTA racing map but for NFSSA it just doesn't fit with the rest. Although If the map ever become "un-apocalypsed", the route and general mapping still leaves much to be desired. As its filled with clipping arrows and ugly things around.

This is timestamps for 2nd video.

0:08 - Someone i know in particular regrets making such starting point. You might regret yours too. Maybe make it simplified with starting toward the exit (like Cargo Delivery map) is enough.
0:13 - Clipping arrows on the right.
0:29 - You supposedly put arrows here not invisible walls.
0:50 - Try to find cargo stacks object that has good draw distance and proper lighting because these look ugly. Altenatively, remove them altogether because ocean view is better.
1:00 - Wooden bridge in a full concrete military facility facing toward the ocean doesn't makes sense and unfitting. (Pretty sure i told you this on discord but yeah sure thanks good to know you disregards opinions)
1:28 to 1:31 - Do not vertically rotate arrows unless you know what you are doing and make them look proper. See closely that these arrows are clipping.
2:17 - Arrows clip fest.
2:28 - Need to make the inside lane arrows extended so its visible from down here that jump shortcut here is not allowed before players preparing to make a good jump.
2:51 - Flickering roads and bad jump. Might need to redo this whole place.
