No car classes

For me, having the NFS WORLD upgrade system, where a car is lower in a Class and then become a Class higher according to it's upgrades parts, would be a good idea to balance things out, with the inclussion of a "F" and "S" class, for example, E class, SUV and Vintage would start of as F class, by reaching 200/250 score it gets to class E, and when reaches 350(range of score for D class today) it gets to Class D, D class would start off as F class(stock score 190~ish) then when reaching the same score as the others it would get to D, then when reaching 380/400 it would get into C class, C and B class would start off as E/D, with the same process as the others, and when reaching 420/460ish(the score both classes reaches today) it would reach A class, and A class would start of as C/B(370ish score in stock today) then when reaching 460+ score it would get into S class.
The score system could be changed to give more score to certain cars according to the upgrades(example, max infernus reaches 800 score in max, and S class range is 600ish, engine pro upgrade would give 100+ score for example, drivetrain and turbo 80 each, and so on), this way it would balance cars when they are on the same score range as the other cars(which is not the case now a days) and it would eliminate the "useless" cars from a class, because depending on the score, one car is better than the other, example, 300 score monroe is better than maxed monroe, where it loses to deluxo sentinel and uranus, at this score it would be more competitive. Of course some handling tweaks would have to be done, but in my opinion is better than causing this 'disbalance' between classes, every car would be useful in a certain score. (NFS WORLD example, VW Scirocco is op at E class(it can reach B class maxed), it is the best car for this score, but it loses to inumerous other cars in higher classes, but still there are competitors in E class like the S15 Silvia, other example, Pagani Zonda F can reach S class, but is better at A class, making one of the best on that score).

I agree that tieing a car's score to their class will sometimes underrate or overrate them, though, it's not necessary to erradicate classes..just break the stereotype that a class determines a car's effectiveness...

You mentioned Elegy being a stuckup against deluxo...well..indeed..it does..but it is unmatched on drifting, and honestly, I use it for street racing at a very specific dyno, not the most glamurous, but still has quite an edge..even though I gotta admit that even having a top notch dyno at 350 score..it gets beated by some 300 scored cars...it doesn't feels like it actually has 350 score..

I bellieve that if we could develop some sort of AI that could make simulations of all combinations of setups and dynos on a control track, we would be able to determine the effectiveness of all cars, and actually bring them to a more realistic score than they have actually

Programming a AI to take a perfect route with many different setups and dynos i don't think will ever happen.
But me and my crew have already tested the limits for many of the cars. So we know what kind of times are possible for most B class cars. And you might be surprised at how effective the Elegy can be.

Using anodize as an measurement parameter doesn't seen very realistic XD

NFSW's car classes will be useless here. It's there to put cars on tiers and races sometimes have class restriction to make people race against another same class. Car scores alone is enough for NFSSA since we don't have score brackets for races other than URLs. You got 350 Manana, you should race against another 350. Instead of naming them Class A, Class B and so on, we are already used with Max 500, Max 400 and so on. So the classes are just simply labeling.
