Update the ingame rules.

Hi. I'll make this quick.

Bunny is hosting a premium event (drift) today, and he got muted for 2 hours for using a single "lenny face".

Before that, a random dude that I've never seen before was saying nationalistic stuff in Global (non-English) and he just got kicked, nothing more.

I understand the consequences for the second one, but what about the first example? This isn't even specified in the rules list. I had to contact Helo on discord so he explained to me that it's considered as a flood/spam.

Anyways, how the guy was supposed to know that? Please, either fix this or unmute him, otherwise it looks like a mod abuse to me.

Thanks for your time, peace.

Show me where exactly a single lenny face is specified as a chat flood:

Also, there is a line saying: "Spamming may cause you being muted or kicked, after being warned."

This was clearly a mod abuse, because first of all, Bunny used a single "lenny" which can be hardly considered as a "massive flood" or whatever, if flood at all. Secondly, he was never warned. He just got muted straight.

All I'm asking for is either fix this sutiation or fix the rules list. What Nightmare did here clearly looks like a mod abuse to me.

More to add, that just happened 5 minutes ago:

I have some more screenshots, in case they are needed.

Lennies counts as disruptive arguments kappa

It's been disalowed since ages on this server, not sure why. One thing i know is that some PC (or at least my PC ;-;) showing some of those weird characters such as ツ   ʖ  gave a tiny few milisecond of stutter, mostly happening on full screen games. Another thing i know also if one lenny or whatever it is sent to global, it most likely provokes others to send more or even wittier lennies to the said chat. It's also rather annoying when sent without context.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but if these are spam and/or flood, where the fuck are these in the rules. Just saying that if these are bannable since ages, it would've been nice and logical to introduce these in the rules and since it's not in the rules not to say that "it is" bannable. This of course is not the only problem, also we got the "rammers" issue, who need an entire paragraph in the rules in which they are notified step-by-step what will happen if they do not follow the said rule.
Also about the "shrug rule", I do understand that I have been punished only for 2 hours instead of 2 days, but I got 2 interesting questions.
1) Should a person for an emoji be muted for 2 days and a person who insults and/or speaks in another language intentionally or is being racist and/or disrespectful to another nationality be muted for 10-30 minutes?
If so, here comes my second question:
2) Who in the living hell made up these "smart" rules?
dude I'm a rabbit, how do you expect me to sign

So, me telling Bunny literally Multiple times to not use it, is not being warned and mod abuse?
Also, we cant always know what someone said in a different language. Usually we just mute for "wrong chat", because, what else are we suppossed to do?

Still my 2 questions remain unanswered, but ok. I just want to notify you now that I will be using any lenny I will want till the rules update. If I get mute it will be for no reason. I don't have anything against anyone, but I'm just forcing the rules update. Hope we won't have incidents. Peace out.

@ scaftz

In that case the rules list must be updated. For example, I didn't know anything about the "Lenny/Shrug" rule until Bunny got muted for it.

@ YoWorstNightmare

The nazi dude who got kicked was saying things in Ukrainian. Whether you can understand it or not doesn't change the fact that it's not English and it's a valid reason for mute. However, it was Nhung who took actions against him. There were already 2 solid reasons to mute that guy, if we're following the rules, but he simply got kicked. Nhung apparently decided to let him slide for once, even though he clearly understood what that guy was saying.

Meanwhile, you muted Bunny for a single "Lenny" while he was preparing to host a premium event. This isn't even specified in the rules and he only got unmuted when the event was about to start.

I actually asked Nhung to unmute Bunny before the event, just so he could organize people, but you muted him again..

I have nothing more to say.
