Really?... Like, seriously?... Specially coming from you, it kinda shocks me.
I use a gamepad, now, go check my top times and win rates.
If you think it gives you an advantage, buy one! Simple.
Now, making me play a racing game with a keyboard specially when my hands suffer from tendinitis? That'd be the day I'd leave NFS:SA, I can assure you.
If I wanted my hands aching, I'd simply hammer them!

Now, you could list the exact reasons, in an orderly fashion, why you think a controller is an unfair advantage instead of putting up stupid memes, but while that doesn't happen, I'll list my reasons why it's roughly the same thing.
With a controller, gamepad, whatever you call it, you turn slightly slower because of the travel of the joystick, so it offers you an disadvantage in URL races, and not an advantage! With the keyboard, the wheels are >instantly< 100% to the right or to the left with a press of a button, giving you snappier turns on hard corners (basically all 90º corners in URL), while with the gamepad you gotta account for the (although very fast) time your finger takes to travel to one side or the other, so, no, that's not an advantage.
The advantage of having a joystick would be making a smoother curve around a very long C like corner, but, with GTA's dumb physics, pressing the keyboard many times for those corners won't even make you lose speed, so, what's the problem again?
The Xbox/PS3 trigger like buttons some gamepads have for accelerating and braking are also a disadvantage in GTA's case because, once again, you're not instantly braking and accelerating 100%, there's a small travel of the fingers, same case as in hard corners. The only advantage is that I don't have to be always running around in Freerun, I can go slow and enjoy the scenery.
Regarding the exploits... WTF are the exploits?! Being able to roam around with the car in Freerun while I'm in URL lobbies?! What am I gaining and who am I hurting with that? Again, what's the problem?...
Other than the battery dying on me while I'm racing and some random disconnects, I really don't see much else to add here, other than: Gamepads are very comfortable to use and don't make my hands hurts. They make me enjoy the game more and I honestly can't play any game without one, whatever the game is. I even play shooter games with a gamepad (ever tried to aim a gun with those?), do you think I go to the forums yelling about keyboard users having an unfair advantage over gamepad users in shooter games and demanding keyboards to be banned? Like, really? No, I keep using the gamepad, and if I don't like it for some reason, I'm the one who changes to something else.

The living proof you can drive like a madman within the speed limit.
... Although that sounds kinda lame.

Racing games are mainly made for controllers. NFS games are made with controllers in mind. What you are saying is like saying ban the mouse and keyboard from csgo because it's a advantage against gamepad users. It's just silly.

And you have been lying to people which is very confusing to me, Because a SMod should know more about the game that they are moderating. You said that there is no bugs on keyboard and only on controller. But the bug works easier on keyboard and i can make a video of it working on keyboard if you want proof.

MatthewChow there is one bug that u can use on gamepad. it is tapping acceleration button to get better acceleration on some narrow speed range. But as i say before, to do that u need to change enjoyable analog stering to hand harming [from tapping] digital stering. And that make no sense

Oh there is one advantage in gamepad using... i can do 20min 1 combo drift w/o hand pain... cuz making 3,5kk on keyboard hurts like hell

You probably don't see the problems, and you're wrong at almost everything, in SA there's the handling things, Joysticks have this behavior of "soft press", there's the steering control, where tilting the analog very softly makes the wheels turn just a little, this helps in turns instead of making it difficult, because it's easier to calculate how much speed and how much you need to tilt the analog to turn, in keyboard you have to antecipate the turn or slowdown to do a "fast" turn, also theres a thing called "traction and grip" value, while steering with keyboard, it's either 100% or 0%, in joysticks you can control that, so it's much easier to drive slidy cars with joysticks, on 60 fps the cars accelerate much faster than it should, while using a controller, the grip/traction value also messes with the car acceleration, so on joysticks you accelerate faster, it's actually not very noticable, but in turn after turn, you see very explicitly how faster you go around corners because of that, and also its easier to control your car throtlle with a joystick, not needing to 100% accelerate or 0% let go of acceleration. You also mentioned fps games, so, tons of the newer games like overwatch has aim assists for controller users, gta 5 even has a aimbot for joystick users, keyboard users need weeks or months to master the commands plus improve de aim with mouse which eventually will beat controller users because of the limitation, but if you put a noob contoller user vs a noob keyboard user in a fps game, the controller will have a much easier time to get going than the keyboard/mouse user, so yeah, it's balanced until a point but eventually keyboard players will be superior, but this don't work in racing games neither here. And about the exploits, with an expessific mta setting, you can abuse some older exploits that got fixed on keyboard, some button spams etc...

I'm not saying it does not take skill to use a joystick, I'm saying that is much easier to do things with joystick than it is with keyboard.

The reason why controller users "CAN" go faster around corners is because they can half throttle around the corner which is not a bug. If there is bugs, then FIX THE BUGS.

Also you act like it is easy to be super fast and set top times on controller. Anodize set amazing times on keyboard and i bet it would take you guys AGES to even keep up with the keyboard user anodize if you are using a controller.

1-That is Unfixable, that's why the thread.
2-GTA SA is not a racing game, if it's a port to PC then it should be played with PC things AKA Keyboard and mouse.

There are tons of people who hates to play PC games with a joystick.
And joystick specifically on this server is unfair to keyboard users.
