1.1 Increase cash or/and RP points
The current system isn't real like, but it's fair, there's no need to change that imo, because what's the point of making cars cost like 5x more, and making races give 5x more rp/cash? It's exactly the same in the end.
1.2 Private message in separate window or incomming message sound effect
K, this one is pretty good, but isn't neccessary atm, maybe in future.
1.3 'Clickable Link' option
No reason to imo, it would be good if the messages in separate windows were implemented, but while there are only /pm's, there's no need for it.
1.4 Friends list panel
We've got crews for that, it could be upgraded a bit, but i think it's better this way.
1.5 Player profile in freerun mode
You can see it all in statistics, no need to add it to freerun mode. check
1.6 Automatically ban after leaving race
No chance, sometimes players leave race by quitting because the race bugged, sometime other players are ok with someone leaving when he has good reason to do so. There's no way to make it fair when it's automated.
