Bring new life into NFSSA

1. There are like 6 new ideas on to-do / planned list that are about races and similar stuff

2. Cops just got buffed and pursuits are a lot more difficult than they used to be. Decreasing rewards isn't that necessary, although it's not a bad idea. I also think that cops should get a bit easier at least (but not like before the AI update) and the rewards a bit reduced.

3. I agree, these rewards should get a bit increased, because new players often lose the joy while playing, because they literally can't win a lot of races because of no experience on how to drive in GTA:SA.

4. It's in plans, and there is an official topic where we collect ideas and wishes, but it has no priority, because the small development team is concentrating on the big projects on their to-do list (like URL, Dyno, Muscle cars)

5. Pretty funny idea tho, I would love to help to create this quiz.

6. We got such systems already, but it needs a lot of improvement. Sadly it takes a lot of time and has no priority at all, so it will probably get worked on after all the big projects from to-do list are done.

7. It's a good idea, because most newbies don't know it and won't try it. 10 laps races make only sense if you want to drive for a long time or try to get a top time. But sometimes it's better to drive 10 laps because it takes too much time until you get a fool room to start a race (especially during the night). So driving only 5 laps and waiting many minutes in the race-room would be a bigger waste of time than driving 10 laps.

8. It was never meant to be a main task that you should definitely do to get some money. It's just made to get randomly money when you are in Freerun-mode. The players just have to realize that it's not a lot money they can get by finding every hidden bill per day. Mostly it takes too much time and you could have got 3 times that much when they would have done races instead.
