It's cool, but it does look like an smartphone/tablet game rather than an early 2000's Playstation2 game...
The current UI could get some changes, but I don't fancy today's modern looks.
If it were for another racing game/server, one without this specific theme, then it would be all good. I would use that.
Variety is always good though... There should be different selectable menu themes, or even custom ones. I would have fun making one, it was basically my hobby back in the era of Nokia phones.
... That and the Moonbeam. The Moonbeam would still be cool.
... But no one likes my sense of coolness.
