That's my opinion on the first one.
There is not much to do once you reached 270k of RP and got your first A class car. Unless you wanna start maxing every other car that's left. Worth to mention that most of these cars often aren't as good as the meta ones. What I'm trying to say, is that changing it to +20% would only make things more casual, and once those people got what they wanted, they probably won't stay for long and leave shortly after. My point is: casual =/= more enjoyable. By changing/boosting the rewards, be it a premium thing or a QR update or anything else, you're just giving people more money and RP for free, even for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places. That's basically a free "Get Out of Jail" card for those who doesn't wanna bother with dynos and setups, or simply not skilled enough and don't want to progress. It's already got to the point where some guys don't even care anymore if they're gonna lose or win, as they're happy with what they're getting for the 2nd and 3rd places. I don't hear any more complains about the rewards anymore, (it was a thing 2 years ago), cause the rewards got boosted like twice since 2018.
Again, as I said, this change won't affect the amount of active players in a positive way (situation with races) nor will bring the old players back to the server. By taking away the challenge part, you won't make the races to be more popular. People will just get more money for even less racing. To get the old players back, you'll need something to get them busy with. To bring the new ones here, you just gotta advertise the project. Because there's GTA 5 now and Rockstar are shipping new content to it nearly every month. Anyone's barely interested in the old GTA games anymore. So the server situation won't magically fix itself. I guess I explained my point better this time. Anyways, that's just how I see the situation.
