Raising the standards for map creation.

I will be checking maps again now, but i will be raising the standards as to what is acceptable. The map needs to be good quality, have a good route, and not look like a mess.

This means that more maps will be declined, as I would like to make sure only good quality maps make it onto the server. I will be going over older threads and accepting/declining as appropriate.
