As you might know there's a thing called Free Mode Challenges in GTA V, so this is quite similar to it.
For example: System generates a random challenge, active for 15 minutes.
"Cover the most distance in one run (without stopping the car)." Winner get's random reward, from a small amount of cash to (rarest) exclusive car*.
*here's list: Common to Rarest

'JUGGERNAUT' powerup#

'EMERGENCY EVADE' powerup#
'NO FINE' card: aka the same thing like Get Out of Jail card in MW and Carbon, removes fines in this case

3x Body points
2x Task points
'DISCOUNT' card: Gives certain amount of discount for cars, individually.**
RAREST: Special reward car, maybe a pre-tuned race car, or a whole new thing. (Maybe don't implement this first if Bartek haven't found the 3D modeler yet.)

D: 25%
C: 20%

Unique: depends on which segment the car is designed for
Considering those pro players may staying first place for too much times, limitations are:
3 maximum rewards can be claimed per day. Exceeding that limit means you can't claim more reward from it until next day, but you still can be listed in first place as marked status (i.e. !<playername> marks that player used up all 3 times claiming rewards.) In that case, the first place's prize will be given to second (or further below if second player used up chances too), second's to third and so on.
