Linked video shows you intentionally tanking FPS with spamming Tab and doing nothing to improve FPS.
When someone complains about having bad PC they go through darkest pages of the internet to improve the situation. If someone intends to abuse it, they don't fix anything, and use it as an argument for defense. Obvious which one it is in this case.

Raiyou and Blank not getting a permanent ban despite having multiple, when rules dictate that the first ban for exploiting is permanent, is purely because of weak management.

Alright, I won't even argue that 2013's celeron with integrated graphics can deal stable 60. Please, tell me, how do I do that? Because I tried everything I found. I would better die but wouldn't play at such torturing fps.

And this video was made just for fun, why tabbing is even an arguement?
