Hello. I was recently banned for the whole year for "using FPS exploit". I think that the punishment is unfairly high, and I can prove it.
To begin with, the whole story started 2 days ago, when I had set a high amount of drag toptimes [Screenshot]. People noticed it and immediately accused me of exploiting according to that. Later admins noticed it too and began discussing my ban. Afterall my ban did happen [Screenshot].
Any attempts to contact admins were failed - they either ignored me completely or didn't even want to look at my proofs, so I write this post.
Disclaimer: I DON'T need an unban, but I think the whole year is too high. I will give several reasons to at least reduce my punishment.
1. I DIDN'T use the FPS lock. My PC is too weak to have more than 20-35 fps at the lowest settings possible. Here are the proofs that show how bad is my pc.

In other words, I didn't exploit intentionally - my poor pc is the reason for low fps.
2. Admins were saying that I didn't do any tops in before and just in one day enabled all my exploits and got them. This is untrue, and I have proofs that I did tops much earlier. Although screenshots do not contain date besides file names (which can be edited), you can at least agree that they are taken before the ban. BTW Rem is my older nickname, everyone can prove it.

3. About my most recent toptimes.
Of course, it looks strange when one person in such a short time dominates the whole map on every class.
But if you look closer, The Old Bridge, map which I had dominated, is the one from most underplayed maps ever, so it wasn't too hard to get toptimes on each class. Same as reverse maps in other gamemodes - easy toptimes. I used the opportunity and got myself some easy tops.
I am pretty sure that having top 1 on the Old Bridge is accessible without any exploits or strong effort, and here are the proofs:
1) My friends American and Huhez also got toptimes there, they have decent pc's, and they aren't really interested in setting toptimes to risk and use exploits. [Screenshot]
2) Ranking table contains people aren't known for insane skills and there isn't a huge gap between my times and their, which proves that it was easier than you think to pull off these toptimes. [Screenshot / #2 / #3 / #4 / #5]. More you can check for yourself.
Let's conclude everything.
As Bunny said, I used my pc capabilities to gain advantage, which may be true. But as I already said, it wasn't intentional, because my pc mostly cannot deal more fps than 20-35. I wanted to get toptimes but couldn't get them anywhere but in drag races, because circuits, sprints, etc. require stable 60 fps that I cannot afford.
Although admins say I hadn't toptimes before, I did toptimes way before this incident and sent all the proofs I have.
Big wall on forum's latest tops of my times might look scary, but it is one of the easiest maps, so no need to panic, and I am sure that you can beat it without exploits, and I can explain how if needed.
What do I want from admins?
I don't even ask for an unban, but I want you to give me another chance and reduce the time. This is my first time being banned for this stuff, I didn't even think of how serious it may be.
I'm sincerely sorry for all the inconveniences I created, please, reduce the punishment. If I'll ever have administration mercy, I won't ever touch toptimes until I'll buy a new pc. I admit if you'll decide to erase my toptimes. Please, I love this server.
