Reason Why NFSSA is dying.

Game need a single player mode for new people to get their live going instead of getting ass kicked from the beggining cause of pros/more powerfull cars than theirs.
The game is super unfair until a point the way it is right now, where only the tryhards gets benefits.

There are dyno guides on the forum, as well dyno library made by lefty. As already stated by me earlier, they already got guides and stuffs to begin with, they just prefer to struggle by not giving a single fuck. Doubt it will make any major difference even if those guides gets imported into in game as advanced tuning tutorials, considering the majority of people who play here has a mental of not wanting to read even the most basic stuffs like rules or introduction.

Lefty's Dyno guides are confusing and sometimes wrong. The only guide that i even figured out what things did from was Aka's guide back in the day. And even that does not teach you everything and not many people have even seen it. The main thing that is important for hooking a new player is a good first impression. And every new player i have seen has not even assigned there dyno on there first car because they expect it to be already assigned by default and it does not warn you that you have to do it. I always ask new players if they have done it, Because they normally haven't. And a small message that just says "Are you sure you want to leave the dyno without a dyno assigned?" when you try to leave after making a dyno for the first time without assigning it would fix it easily.

When i started playing i played everyday for many hours a day. I checked all the forums, I asked people about what the dynos did. And 3 months in, i still had no clue what the hell half of the stuff did in the dyno. But most people won't even have the patience that i did. Most people can't be bothered to check the forums and dig through information to find the small piece of info they needed.

The main reason new people would go looking through forums for how to dyno is because they are already getting frustrated with not understanding it. When it could be a MUCH smoother new player experience with information in the game.

I have been able to teach people about the dyno system through pm. It's not that complicated. But even the old players seem to be confused on what alot of the sliders do. So i don't think the information is that easy to get as of right now. Think about it.

Well, yeah. Sometimes i got a problem with forgetting to assign dynos before testing it outside dyno tracks, perhaps dyno assignments menu could be redesigned. It's quite confusing at first i have to admit. Thought about making it the based to UG2's dyno setups where you choose a mode and tune for the selected mode, the flaw is that you are bound to only having 1 setup per race mode, which is highly undesirable. Would need a total workaround to fit into the server.

Sure, having guides and tips in game will give new players better knowledge about the game, but that's not it. Most players just don't have the patience to just simply learn the basics. Even the majority skipped the tutorials and ask obvious things on global chat. Hence why i don't believe providing them in game information about how tuning works will give much difference, even though it's a really nice touch for the game. Not against the general idea of adding more information in game for better player's experience. I am actually liking it. I am just stating that people mostly barely bats an eye to them.

Yes my dyno guides were kinda useless, that's why instead of trying to explain what dyno does, I just gave dyno setups that I though it felt good for a specific car, so people can have less of a headache messing with dyno thenselwes, but yeah I agree with the idea of adding more tutorial stuff to the game, people who have played nfs games before atleast has a clue on what to expect on the server, but there are people that never did play nfs games and enter the server and has no clue on wtf is going on.
