How much free time do you have to moderate server? 4-5 hours pro day, like this.
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: I block the pm, or I will muted him.
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: I will muted him, when is not stopping, I will ban him!
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): Yes, I played games on San Andreas like RP(Role-Play), and I was administrator, I know what I must to do.
Which language channels can you moderate?: English, German, Romanien!
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): I would like to spend my time to help other players with lower knowledge of MTA/NFSSA. I would like to help people, to show them the right way, I'm also a fair person, right is right and wrong is wrong. I wont to be the best moderator, to help the players and to speak with them, I mean to help the players, not just to be a moderator.

1) Your English isn't 9, It's bad actually.
2) Regular MOD's can't ban.
3) Recruitment is for Turkish chat.

English skills are a bit overrated imo. I saw you in-game for two or maybe three times. And yes - there is a Recruitment for Turkish mod.
