for a long time I have a problem with a comfortable playing on the server. Well, every few minutes in the game pops up this message. I tried some guides but unfortunately did not help. If you had been in contact with something like that and i was able to fix it please tell me how. Now fuck the second ban on URL

Go into your GTA SA directory, and remove the d3d9.dll, that should solve the problem.
Probably a bugged/outdated ENB Series, or just a left over from an older version of that mod.

I still have this problem and there are no older versions because this is v1.0

uninstall the game and MTA, install again (make sure to remove any mods manually), also if u have GTA:SA from steam just pirate one off piratebay, you've already paid for it
