I faced it much time before, too annoying.
Mr. Frixo helped me with this. So the solution is, before you let go of the Arrow object you are currently holding, after placing it and/or duplicating it with lines/curves, make sure that you un-hold it before placing another object or save the map.
Usually, before saving map, I do Full Test first, just to prevent any unwanted thins like this.

for me, I use the dockbarrier object, and then arrange the correct Z position to make it buried under the ground necessarily.
