Why me for the first place in the race to give as much experience and money as others for the second, and sometimes even less?

It's possible that you have more than 20k RP, that means that your beginner bonus is gone. And if a guy in 2nd/3rd place still has the bonus, it's possible that he gets more rp/money.

Other people probably have 'noob shield'. It's a bonus RP and Cash for newbie players until they reach 20k RP.
