9). It does make more sense, but at the same time it's a quite small thing to script and I don't know if Bartek wants to bother with that. However I'm pretty sure that turbo'ed V8s do exist in the tuning scene (or when it comes to flat-plane V8s, used in many super cars).

When it's a small and easy thing to do, why not ? Little details improve the server aswell.
I just thought since NFS:MW and Carbon had compressors instead of turbos for such vehicles and this server still contains "Need for Speed" and not "Random Race Server" in the name, it just would be a little more smiliar to the NFS games.

4) Hell yes. I tired of cancerous rammers... Especially when you have to eat dinner and do not want to be in the garage just in a freeroam and enjoy the "views".

What's the point of the whole suggestion section then ? Because these are just suggestions.
And i actually think it is relevant, atleast when the muscle class is about to come out.

But why? Why supercharger can be installed only on vintage cars and V8s? And why instead of a turbo?
There's a lot of examples of turbo V8 engines. And a lot of examples of line-4 supercharged engines. If superchargers are gonna be added, then it would make sense to add them as a new perfomance part, not instead of turbos. Replacing them in Vintage class would have logic though, but only if engine is not gonna be tuned, cause if so, enginge will produce a lot of RPM and this whole supercharger-replacement will make no sense.
