Your stats and experience with NFS:SA: around 2.5mil RP, soon to be 3 years on NFSSA
How much free time do you have to moderate server?: Not much, but 2-3 hours if possible
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: Depends on how much they spam, if its bad enough then a long mute would be considered
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: Mute them, but depends on the context and how bad it is
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe):
For now, im a moderator on a certain discord server just for fun
Which language channels can you moderate?: Indonesian
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words):
Simple, the Indonesian community needs a moderator because i've seen some report about them talking indonesian in global just like the early days when a lot of Indonesian starts to play NFSSA,then the other problem is the toxicity that usually happens with the new players or some older player. And the point of this? if possible i want to make the Indonesian playerbase of NFSSA more civilized and rather helpful than what it is now

from the English skill perspective, he is overwhelming
playing skills? unquestionable
however I have some things about his attitude or ( i dont know in English ) something like his emotional stability kinda problematic

Also about my anger management, for now i've been able to control it more so i wont be easily triggered as before
