I have 917209RP and 826 hours played, registered since 3 Jun 2017.
How much free time do you have to moderate server?:
3-4 hours during 1pm until 4pm (UTC +08:00)Kuala Lumpur, Singapore
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?:
give him a warning 5 minute mute and if he/she keeps spamming i will give him 2-3 hours mute depends on how bad is the spamming
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?:
warn and mute for 30 minutes
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe):
i have no experience so if i get accepted it would be a pleasure to have some experince to watch over something
Which language channels can you moderate?:
i can moderate indonesian channels since malaysia language and indonesia language is not that far, but the most important thing is i know some insult words from their language
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words):
i want to have some experience watching over something important and train myself to be punctual in time. I have no experience in moderating server's so i wanna try to learn new stuff because new stuff can be exciting. Other than that, i wanna train myself to have an important role so i can be more responsible towards something. Also having an important role for me is a big thing because with my experience i can help other new players and giving the new players some tips & tricks to make their progress in-game more faster and enjoyable. Next reason why i want to be a moderator is because i like how all the player have different styles to their cars and how they can help me to be more good on the game.

Never really had a chance to talk with you on the server due to different timezones, as I rarely play around that time. Still, judging from the application I'd say your English skills are on point. You're being honest about the lack of experience which actually can be seen in some answers, but if there's mods who's willing to assist and explain stuff, this shouldn't be much of an issue. Gotta wait for more opinions.
