The suggestion is to basically allow more people into a race , more specifically selecting the amount of slots in a race , If you want to have a 1vs1 with some one just set the slots to 2, If you want to race with your crew just set it to 10. An alternative to this could be allowing the same amount of slots as in URLs, 8. It would double the fun.

2,3 slots unnecessary, u can just start with not full lobby. 8 players lobby? For me unneeded because right now it's Hart to find even 4 player in same room. And Nfssa team will need to change start positions on all maps, it's a lot of not worthy work

There are many people who would like to race with more than 3 people , and the only way to do this is via URL.
Also there would be more RP making the gameplay a little bit easier for the players.
In my opinion it would be worth it , just saying @Akamataa
