Problems with the Moderation.

Your arguments are pretty much dumb. There’s a huge difference between insulting the moderation and the normal players, so I have no idea how can you compare these two. From what I know, Rei’s started all the 'bk_cunt' shit, so being impolite to him (even though no one is without any reason) is just fair. Mods like Quindo or bk_player has certainly made this server a better place, and just because you think so, it doesn’t make it true. Rei’s obviously getting hated for acting childishly, so I don’t know why you’re implying that I and Nightmare are treated better than him just because we’re 'asslicking' others. And when it comes to helping players, instead of enlightening them, your beloved Rei w/ his friends are legit ignoring it, adding their own subjective opinions, skipping the objectivity.
Well, it’s so chaotic, but I think I managed to explain it all to you. You should be much more non-judgmental. ~ papiez, the worst villain.

Dear papiez, why should the players be treated like basically human waste while Mods are praised as Gods over and around? Everybody should be equal no matter what, just like it says in the Bible. And for the bk_cunt, this was not the trigger of this action, it was from way back, this was just a form of me mocking him behind is back, so I can prove the fact that he doesn't own me and he is not by any means superior to me. And you said I analyze things subjectively, I want to let you know that I will never do such thing, I actually help players who deserve it, even if you don't see it, whenever I can, I am helping newbies, even if not in Global Chat, I am doing it. The only players that request help and I mock are the guys that ask for like 'Race Setups', 'Dyno setups', and 'Best car in (insert car class)'. I act childish, basically mocking your way of behaving to other players, I know it's hard to believe, but I wasn't always a 'toxic' player, this thing started this year when people like you and Sardyna came around. If you want an example of you being treated better than us, other players, I can give you the fact that Nightmare has the privilege of nobody putting any nickname on him and things like this. He always has his back covered by bk_player, and as a proof I have the moment last Saturday when he insulted TiBByy, and I reported him, when one mod checked, the report was deleted. Want any more proof? I can give you more. The fact that deadboy mutes the people that insult me for basically less time, as proof I have the moment when I got muted for calling Nightmare ''Naitomaru'', after which followed personal insults to my address. I got like 3 hours mute, while he got a 30minutes, after which it got suspended and then he got muted for less time again when I showed the mods the proof again. yeah, i also noticed moderators attacking some people, mostly because of being in some groups, fandoms, etc. or "because why not". And it doesn't end on the server only.
Once i got randomly kicked from NFS:SA Discord server literally for no reason, didn't do anything bad at the moment. After coming back and asking what happened and why did i get kicked one of moderators (not gonna say the name, who has to know, knows who is that) literally said "that's what furries get *some pepe frog emoji* " when yes, i am one, and even though i'm not showing it just everywhere, he and an other guy from the staff (even NFSSA Team member, also not saying which one) really have a problem with it.

Your mutes are longer simply because you're muted a lot, you should have learned rules by now, it's not like you're gonna be muted for 30 min every time you insult someone.

I agree, both should be muted for same amount of time, but it's up to moderator to decide that. It's normal that insulting moderation will result in harsher punishment.

Yeah in some chats things are pretty though apparently, I just knowed that Rarti and Bencxx abused from the mod power and they got punished for that, but never have seen bk saying things on global atleast, only have seen the long mutes, but as someone already said, the mute size is determinated by the mod.

Why should the insult to the moderator have a harsher punishment? Is he a NFS:SA member working on updates? Is he making up fixes so everybody is enjoying the game more? Is he making players feeling safer around the server? I think not, and in conclusion, he is just a player with more power to abuse. 

The racism, I will start of with 'Gypsyes Land' - From what you know, I am also Romanian, I am also catalogued as a ''Gypsy", it is basically not a personal insult if you, yourself are included in it.

Now, let's get over to 'Filthy Hungarians' - Oooohh!!! How much I was waiting for this one!!! Let's begin with the fact that we, hate each other mostly because one is Romanian, also superior, and the other is Hungarian, also inferior.
Our fight, from what I remember started from a Historic discussion in PM, from which I got banned for 3 days, for racism. Nothing else would have continued if bk_player wouldn't have continued to mock me. So this is why I am saying he is hating me for no reason, even if I am aware that the reason is National Discrimination.


Now, the pictures, they were put there in case someone were to say thing like 'papiez, Kirito, ImYoNightmare never did anything wrong? Leave them alone, you retard!' Some others are showing moments when Mods are not doing their jobs, and some were put there just to laugh thinking about the fact that you are going to ask yourselves 'What the fuck is wrong in this picture? I don't get it!'. 


I also want to add up the fact that I am aware I get more and more time over the mutes, but the fact that papiez, Kirito and ImYoNightmare get the same every time is the thing that annoys me. Whenever I get a long mute and I know I have done wrong, I shut up and take it like a man, but when I think I am right, I am reacting over on this.


And now, the mocking thing, yes, it started as a way of mocking people like them, acting like total assholes for literally no reasons, and I got used to it. Too bad you don't get to see our crew chat and the other conversations, which are not cancerous and don't contain toxicity.

This has actually no connection to the others, but I want to include the people who will be against me on this one: ImYoNigthmare, ~papiez, Kirito, Sardyna(insert number, idk lmao), and Scaftz.

Mate, I am sorry that you think this way, I am not going to try to defend any of them, but, I will bring up an argument over you saying that bk_player is an Angel. You are mostly never online when stuff like this happens, you actually are mostly never online anytime.

Sorry for replying one more time, but I forgot to add up on a thing you brought up!
The mute time shouldn't be determined by the mod, there should be like a panel with the mutes with times depending on the gravity of the insult/spam/flood. This would remove some of the abusive powers, since they are limited when it comes to mutes. I am pretty sure you, the mods will disagree, since it would mean you would have power, but it would be beneficial to the server, favorization basically not existing, the mod, being forced to mute them by a panel, with strict mute times.
