Serial Blocking

Hi, i have suggestion to prevent the 'account hacking'.

On some servers in MTA is something like 'Serial whitelist', whats it mean?

That means we have list of Serial what can connect to account.

Access to that list should be on Server and Forum(if we change the computer and want add serial we can do it on forum).

For sure there should be ranks for this serials, thats mean we can set rank to prevent

'My friend have access to my account and he gave access to another player and he deleted my cars etc'

What you think about it?

Question number one: why do you give access to your account to someone else, even your friend? It's against server rules and you always do it on your own risk.
