Any way to test my car performance again?

The rear tires chamber going into positive after being stuck in the testing performance loading screen while clicking on race button in the main menu with 0/3/0 setup
Now I've 3/3/3 setup except the weight reduction, tried to disconnect while testing performance stucked around 50% after installing engine.....

I thought the handling won't change, only the view of the car would become ugly but now I'm experiencing a bounce after doing a jump in SF, the front tires landed first but after the rear tires landed, it bounce and flips my car

so may I ask how do I test my car performance again?

Change suspension to street level. And I don't tkink positive wheel chamber is caused by changing performance parts because it's visual thing and it looks normal with stock wheels.
