Everyone who has worked so hard to offer the most incredible racing game server on MTA, you guys of NFS:SA Team, even the word "amazing", "awesome", and "exquisite" can never enough to repay all the things you have done to us all players, so let me say you are all "wondrous marvelous mighty" people. However, as a player who has just an average PC, I have some suggestions that maybe can be analyzed whether these are good enough or just nah. Ok then let me elaborate them:

1. How about, the URL is open for 3 hours for each region time, but the restriction is each player can only join at max 2 URL in one day (3 for Premium members). The reason for this suggestion is, since we have different timezones and different activities have-to-do

2. It may be a huge trouble for under-powered PC and/or PCs with slow/unstable connection, so  I think, 12 is too much players on one race, how about just 8?  If its impossible, I suggest a setting that allow player to show how many cars on race, like only 8, 10 cars only.

3. I think the direct URL ban is too harsh how about like this (this is for Timed Out reason):

1st leave: the RP and the Money of the player decreased
2nd leave: banned from URL for 1 time , which means, this guy cannot enter URL again at the same region time AND the next region time
3rd leave: the 48 hours ban from URL

4. Around the registration place for URL, is collision disabled? I am afraid that there will be douchebags just ramming people

5. (Additional) I hope in future, there will be URL for Off Road, so it will be like a Jamboree
