By "modern" i mean "more realistic." And more realistic night is a dark night. But I can do (and will do) a really bright version, which will be more similar to the Underground.
Anyway, as mentioned earlier, GTA SA lighting is very different from Ug's, and i can't change that. Well, i can, but this will take a lot of time... ENB can't change game files.
