We checked it again - problem was with resources, your router or something blocked most of resources and not all was changed - thats why u have White strips and white cars.

What to do? Install Oryginal GTA SA Files + fresh MTA ( without any resources ) + Resources package from player, that hasnt that problem.

If u want, i can send resources, just ask me on PM.
