GTA V Style Custom tires.

it was suggested already since long ago but forgotten. I think there's something that makes it not possible but i am not sure/don't remember very well. Something to do with lacking spare tires models because for some reason wheels uses 3 tires models simultaneously for street tires and offroad tires. At least with current wheels system.
