Use the mtasa:// protocol. here's the server IP mtasa://178.33.54.30:20256
Also, judging from the "Retrieving info" dialog, i guess you used SAMP instead of MTA. This is an MTA server, not SAMP. You can download MTA from here https://mtasa.com
