I have an little idea which is can be good for communication to everyone .
Why not to installing IRC plugin on server which you can join , see and chatting on the Global Channel via webbrowser like Mibbit Webchat .
With that , regular players can chat in real time but in english only , and also SuperModerators and Admins can moderate the server with this instead of being online or using server console (for admins) .
Good or useless ?
