You have to press "Numpad +" and "Numpad -" and you can change the keys on F11 - Keybinds (or Settings - Keybinds in garage).
Next time in your life please read the tutorials you get on your introduction, instead of waiting until the time is over and skipping it.
Also press F9 ingame to open the Help-window and see a list of different information.
