Yes. As mentioned before, you probably have too low RAM or your GPU is too weak.

What Can I do now? This error not happening before I format my computer. Before forman, I have Windows 7. But now, I have Windows 10. It can be happen for this?

You have low amount of RAM and integrated GPU so this is your problem on this server.
