So ive spotted 2 bugs recently. One is on a vehicle manana. I will just show you screenshot.

The next bug is an infinite loading screen. My race ended and the loading screen like freezed. i was waiting about 5 minutes,then when i tried to records it my game crashed so i cant show you.

I'm 99% sure the first bug exists for all cars (due to our new technique of dealing with crashing into lamps). I have an idea how to fix it.

About the next bug its because the server has crashed yesterday.
About the first bug maybe its a problem from nfssa, just one question did u have any car mod ? or gta3.img modified ?
