If you can't win URL then don't participate in it and stop whining about ''unfair'' and ofc there will be a disadvantage to people who suck at racing since URL is a tournament
good and bad racers will always go against each other.

If the "bad racers" don't join URL, you have no one to race with. If you can hardly have 5 players together as of now, after your solution goes into active, there's no more URL.
This coming from a player of moderate skill, or, in other words, that doesn't take advantage of the game's mechanics.
