I am positive that many people noticed you using it for a pretty long time, calling you out. Saying "I play fair now" doesn't hide your past.

Hello everyone. I didn't want to write it, but seems like I have to. I was banned for using "exploits": decrease frame frequency on start and increase it further. After someone (I know who it is, but I won't write nickname of him) proved my cheating, I stopped to do it and started to play fair. I won't hide it: I used these "exploits" a lot of time including URL, but no one could prove it. Also I didn't know that using that "advantage" is absolutely forbidden, but ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt from liability. However, after about 40 days I connected to the server and after playing about 20 minutes access to the server's turned out to be banned again. Reason of ban was "Playing with another serial". The fact is I haven't changed anything, but I tried to change serial number. I explored the banning system (namely serial ban) good enough, but I couldn't connect to the server using the same PC. I still have the access to the server from laptop, but I prefer to don't connect there. Also I've got banned since July. Why my ban was lifted and who unbanned me? Please, give me one more chance. Players are always ready to prove someone cheating. If I'll do something like that, they'll do what they supposed to. If it's needed, I can write pseudonyms of administrators who banned me.

I don't want to write a lot of text so I'll write it shortly. When you want to change account (driver) you have to reconnect to server, and it isn't that conveniently. So please, make an in-game account-changing feature. (like subparagraph in "Settings" of server)

Your stats and experience with NFS:SA: I have in total 5 accounts, on 1st I have ~650k RP, on 2nd - ~30k RP, on 3rd - ~885k RP, on 4th - ~25k RP, on 5th - 0 RP. I'm playing since Jule 2016.

How much free time do you have to moderate server?: I can't say for sure, but I think at least 3 hours(minimum).

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: I'll give him a warning. If he doesn't stop, I will mute him.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: Again... I'll give him a warning. If he doesn't stop, I will mute him.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): Well... I was the moderator several times(of course not on NFS:SA). And I know what it's like to be a mod.

Which language channel can you moderate?: Russian.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): I know why my previous application was declined. It was ironic and sarcastic. Now I'll write more serious. I like this server, really. When I just visited this server, it was cool. Atmosphere of NFS:U, illegal races... Oh... Also I want to feel how it's like to be a mod on NFS:SA. This server will be cool forever, I guess. So... What about me? I'm not emotional, as I wrote it in my previous application. You can "trigger" me, but you need to try to do this. Almost everyone know me like a "funny doge" or something... But in fact i'm a serious person. Yeah yeah, you can't believe it, but it's true. My pluses: symphaty to others, trying to help people, I can support them. My minuses: bad English, rare "mood swings"(I actually don't know why is this happening...). Age... I guess that it's not a minus. Because the most important things - behavior and adequacy. That's all.
